In our last issue we began publication of a series of articles on juvenile delinquency. They present the findings of a special inquiry carried out for Unesco by William C. Kvaraceus, Director of Youth Studies at the Lincoln Filene Center for Citizenship and Public Affairs of Tufts University, Medford, U.S.A. Also, the psychological aspects of social inadaptation and the effects of new kinds of relationships between children and adults now being brought about by modern life are discussed.
